All of a sudden my PC just keeps on rebooting. It will make it to the windows screen before logon and then reboots. It will do this over and over without going into windows. I can't get to safe mode or recovery because it will reboot before going into windows. I have a D bracket and have all green lights except the lower rights is not lit. Could this be memory?

You start safe mode before you get to the windows screen. Just keep pressing F8 to get the Windows Advanced Options menu, and make a selection.

My Daddy used to tell me:
It's better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you're stupid,
then it is to open your mouth and prove it.
I never was good at taking advice!
Like I said there is no way of getting to safe mode with a continious boot. I did find the problem it had a corupted MBR and I used fixboot on the XP disk to rewrite the MBR and every thing is fine now. Thanks Bruce
