Vid card ram

Helping a buddy opening up a lan center, was planning on sticking in ati 9600xt cards for all machines. Big question is, money wise, is it worth having the 256 megs of ram rather than the 128? Is there a huge difference in gameplay or just minor

Get the 128MB version. There not much of a difference, especially with these cards, and so it's not worth it.

I believe the 256MB version uses SLOWER RAM than the 128MB version, so the 128MB version will likely perform better!

*Note: I got this notion from looking at various card BIOS listings, this might only be the case with the budget brands.
