I am trying to figure out how to reduce the amount of time XP looks for a
domain when you are logging in when offline.

When trying to login to the laptop when the domain is unavailable, it takes
almost 3 minutes after you press enter to login before the desktop is
diplayed.

This is a laptop that is configured for DHCP, Wireless, and the scenario
happens when there is no connection available.
