Hell, yes.
The GTS is a Geforce2... the Radeon 9200 (128-bit) is Geforce3-class, at least, maybe even a teensy bit better.
Plus, the GTS is a DirectX 7 part (no pixel or vertex shaders), while the 9200 is a DirectX 8 part (with pixel and vertex shaders).
If it was a 64-bit 9200SE, they'd probably be right on par, tho.
But if it's a full-fledged 128-bit Radeon 9200 like you say it is, it'll kick the GTS to death, making lewd remarks about it's mother all the while.
