Nope, no difference, it's not even a bottleneck a bottleneck for the R9800 series. You are hard pressed to make anything show more than statistical error difference between the two, and only in very rare situations is there even a measurable difference between he two on an R9800, so the R9600 would likely never reach that point of saturation.
