Cannot save image

Hi
When I am browsing and try to save an image within certain
folders in My Documents the operation fails. I can be in any web
browser, Rt Click image and then Save Image in contextual menu. The
dialogue box comes up asking where to save and if I select certain
folders, the dialogue box closes and so does the browser. I can repeat
this action anytime. If I choose to save in an alternative folder under
a different branch of My Documents, all works normally. Anyone any ideas
about this please?
