make sure.. system not being used on bed or sofa. look for the vents for any dust.. use a vaccump cleaner.. to clean it.
update bios.
ran a 32 bit diags on fan... so confirm the fan is okay. else replace heatsink fan assembly... dont wait till your system starts shutting due to overheat.. then u might need to add the mobo along with the other 2 parts

The easy way is to just a cooling pad. If not, you could always buy some thermal paste and slather that all over the CPU/GPU. You can look for online guides about how to go about this sort of procedure.
