After install windows 7, my driver won't install any programs from disks or play

I installed windows 7 and now when I put in windows office 2007 to reinstall it just makes a noise like it wants to install but nothing happens soo i tried to play a dvd and the same things please help

Right click on the setup.exe and select "Run as administrator"
