Is this card worth my money or should i think of another card

I'd get the 128MB version because it's cheaper. Just make sure you're getting the 256-bit RAM version as Saphire recently released one with 128-bit RAM. The graphics chip is always 256-bit, so don't get that confused with the RAM bus.
