That is the first problem. If I am not connected to the internet most of the
history is "greyed" out and I can only view the pages that are not greyed.
Win98SE allowed most pages to be viewed offline.
Second problem. The browser always downloads the web page even though I have
it set to never check for new pages. Maybe something to do with the first
issue. I was using the back and forward buttons the other day on a site that
had a large page and it just kept dowloading the data everytime no matter
what I set the "Temporary Internet Files" settings to..
