Hello, In need of serious help

this particular system is not allowing me to upgrade Norton again. ( i did
upgrade and somehow it undid it). I am not able to get Microsoft updates
either by going to explorer, tools, microsoft updates, or going right to the
microsoft site. Either way I get "The page cannot be displayed". And
inaddion to that a crutial program will not work either. Does it sound like
I have a virus or a trogian or what?

www.autopatcher.com has the latest AutoPatcher - which is a compilation of
Windows updates. Try it for that part of your problem.
