microsoft mn 700 need to set up another wirelss connection.

I have the 700 router on my desktop at home. My notebook card works very
well with it as long as I am not far away. . At work I need to set up
another wireless connection between my nptebook and the desktop in my office..
Would it be best to buy another routher the same as above to netowrk the 2
computers? Will setting up a second network on my notebook at work cause
trouble with my home connection. Also, I cannot set up a wired connection as
I am also connected to the office network through an ethernet cable.
