Hp 530 wont boot

my hp530 dint have ram or hdd put both in and it still wont post

Chances are, its a dead motherboard or a dead PSU. What exactly does it do when you turn it on? Does it turn right back off? Or does it just sit there, powered on, doing nothing? Where did you get the HP530 for it to not have its RAM or HDD? If you got it used or off eBay, maybe they took the CPU out as well.
