Pavilion G6 - 1322SE "HELP"

well i just brought that laptop for my mom but i do not like the basic win7 , so i'll reformat it into win7 premium or ultimate
anyway should i install 32bit or 64bit? , the version my laptop came with is 64bit but its only 4GB Ram so idk which to go with :S

thanks in advance guys , i really hope for a fast answer , since i'll download the drivers while sleeping

32-bit limits usable ram to around 3GB (though it may see all 4, it won't use it). 64-bit uses way more than 4GB. So just install 64-bit and call it a night.

There's nothing wrong installing a 64-bit OS. It is compatible with 32-bit applications, so you don't have to worry about compatibility.

meh i waited for an answer but it was late.. so i installed the 64 bit anyway , thanks for the replies though
