Difficulty Copying Files

Hi. I am trying to copy a large number (more than 800) of images, to send to
someone. I did a search, and came up with the files this way, since they're
all throughout my computer. I tried to copy and paste these into a new
folder, but I get an error code, which says, "cannot Copy file. Cannot read
from the source file or disk." I know it is going to be a large amount,
sizewize, but shouldn't it still work? Is it because I'm copying from a
search result?

Any help or workaround would be appreciated.
