I am running Windows XP SP2 and every time I double-click on a .bat file to
run it, the file is locked and cannot be saved after editing. This does not
happen on every PC with the same service pack and also happens on some
Windows 2000 PCs.
I can only get round this by logging off and back on or by killing
explorer.exe.
Does anyone know of a way round this problem? I need to edit the bat file
after it has run.
