video adapter software - need help

Hi, wonder if someone here can help me find this software. Harald Thon used it in this acticle here at THW to detect type of video adapter. Follow link to se a picure taken from the application:

I would like to get hold of the software the picture is copied from. Anyone knows the software?

Just right-click on the picture, and select Properties to view it's file name. It's Powerstrip .
