I was copying files to a CDRW for backup when it told me it had run
out of space, and to delete some. When I tried to to delete anything
it told me it did not have enough space to perform that action. When
I tried to close that window, explorer crashed, leaving me with a
blank desktop (wallpaper only) and did not come back after several
minutes. i did a restart via the task manager.

Now whenever I restart, ssdiag.exe is running and there are dos
windows named:
Diagnostic Trace
Drvm CDB
Dispatch \??\TFSWIFS
Dispatch / Tsnifs
....the above all contain lots of feedback messages...

How can I stop this form occurring on restart.
