That is a fast release... 4.6 has not been out that long... has it even been properly tested yet?

I think it was leak, not sure, I rarely test ATi's betas, they have way too many issues.

ive used beta drivers at least over 6 or 7 different versions, and have not had a single issue yet

well during developement its a bit different, even when thier is one bug it can't be overlooked

I agree that no issues can be overlooked - i always use the omega ATi drivers because the catalyst drivers always have a black border about 10 pixels wide with anything on a resolution lower than my desktop's (1024x768) and that drives me up the wall!!!

ATI must have found a glitch in that 4.6 release for that was quick. Probably some game just got released and doesnt play nice with the current cat drivers. Hell Im still using 4.4

Anything above Catalyst3.7 is crap for a Radeon8500, at least for me.., and sth just wrong that I'm not able to downgrade driver anymore, I can just update driver to see if my problems are fixed...so i'm using Catalyst4.6 now
