Expanding windows Files 0% Stuck AT HELP PLZ

Hello, i currently formated my acer aspier 5315 vista and now ima jus upgrade to a cracked version so when i restart it just says no opperating system so i stick the install cd in and it gets pass copying windows files and gets stuck at expanding windows files (0%%)
