It's seems like DDR2 and pci-express didn't add anything at this point. So maybe AMD was smart for waiting to go on to the next generation.

AMD is going crazy with thier clock speeds will have to see if Intel can fight back, so far haven't heard anything about new chips from Intel

I can't even imagine how fast an a64 fx would be if they had clock speeds around 3ghz. That would be insane.

Saw alot of these before going to bed this morning, and none of them are the same platform. I'd prefer the Gigabyte type solution with both slots, but supposedly even then the AGP doesn't run as fast on the dual solution boards.

Actually none of the reviews have equal benchmarking because even the memory is different.

As for PCI-E making a difference, I don't think you can tell with nV's HSI bridge chip. It may turn out to be the same, but nothing's conclusive until you get the native solutions up and runnning.

Funny how they always mentiont the 3Dmk03 tests 1 affecting it, when we are talking about such close scores they don't think the overall setup affects anything other than test 1? Hah! Sure, whatever.

Interesting seeing them fall so far behind their counterparts in most cases, but nothing impressively conclusive yet.
