I would like to arrange my Desktop icons by name (alphabetically). When I
try to do this, the Icons from the All Users desktop folder are displayed
first (in alphabetical order) followed by the Icons from the particular
users desktop folder. Is ther any way that I can arange all of the icons in
one alphabetically sorted list without regard as to where they came from?
