Dont want welcome screen.

I recently installed .net runtime and now I get the welcome screen
when I boot up. Is there any way to get rid of it?, I dont need it as
I am the only user.

The Welcome to Windows screen appears when you start Windows XP after you
install the .NET Framework 1.1:
