Hi,
I forgot i had left the laptop on hibernate & it went flat- and remained that way for a few days. Now it says it is charging but refuses to take a charge beyond 4%....Have i killed it ?

if the battery is over 2 years old you need to replace it.

Hi Nyck,
It's possible the battery needs to be replaced or it could be the software. Have you tried to reinstall the OS with your recovery media?
