Got my new system up and running yesterday. I ran 3dMark an got 3400+ points. I put Direct3D and OpenGl performance/quality option bar to performance. I ran 3dMark again and got 3900+ points. Cpu points were around 700.


AMD athlon 64 XP3200 2,2 Ghz 512kb L2
2 x Trancend PC3200 512 Mb DDR 400 MHz CL2,5
Gigabyte GA-K8VNXP
Abit Radeon 9600 XT 256MB VIVO

Windows XP pro
DirectX 9,0b
Ati drivers 4,6
Via drivers 4,51

Don't you think I should have greater score?

The 9600XT that I had on my mediocre system was scoring 4,150 in 3dmark03
