Blue Screen and Drivers

I have been getting two different types of blue screens. Both referring to
driver problems or Bios problems. I have not installed any new drivers and
windows update says there isn't any current driver updates for my computer.
How do I find out what driver is causing the problem and who the manufacturer
is? What is a BIOS? The technical information on the two blue screens are:

1. ***STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005,0X8054AE34,0XB270F08C,0X00000000)

2. PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
***STOP: 0X0000004E (0X00000099,0X00000000,0X00000000,0X00000000)
