Anyone ever use an Excaliber with the IceQII?

I've been watching and waiting for the X800XT PE's to become more available and more resonably priced. Gaming is good on my new rig even with a put put 9600se running in it. So I can wait. Of all the cards I've seen out there I'm most intrigued by HIS' Excaliber IceQII system on an X900XT PE. They'll be out soon if not already. I just want to know if they truly do as they claim and run cooler and quieter than ordinary ATI cards.

heaps quieter, but the cooling isnt anything special. overclocking isnt really what its designed for

I'm not an overclocker so I'm not really concerned about that. I was more interested in the extra cooling. Gotta keep these Athalon FX's cool ya know.
