Does anyone have experience with cell phone pre-paid calling plans? I am looking for a pre-paid plan with usage not over $15/month, and already own a 6360 Nokia dual band cell phone. What svc provider offers strong and clear signal reception? I KNOW that the per-minute rate will be high however my usage does not justify more than perhaps 45 minutes per month. Thank you.
