rofl ok here is my problem my video performance is about 75% what it should be.needless to say instead of getting 300mb's i'm getting 120mb's and fps drops i can't get smartgart to stay at 8x this is my first clue I just bought the new x800 pro and the dfi lan party mother board i have a 3.06 processor with 2x512 ocz 3200 ram with 2 raptor hd's not running raid <-- havn't figured out how yet but that nots my problem i have been buying new pieces trying to figure out what my problem is i only have 3 options hd,processor and ram if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated

And your 2 Raptors combined with the X800Pro are flooding your AGP bus with too much data causing fluctuations in the capacitors which control the hyperthreading of your PROCESSOR. This is making it run like half a CPU instead of 2 CPUS. I know about these things because I've been making them up for 20 years.

First of all....in denial of what? As you just pointed out with that last post, the reason everyone is making fun of you is because your initial post doesn't make any sense. And I think you used a total of 1 period in that whole paragraph.

And, wouldn't you be considered a nerd too if you are perusing these threads? Perusing is a term which means to look over, to examine.

So what I suggest you do in order to get some help from this forum...is to A. Stop smoking crack(it's very bad for you) and B. Either get your dad or someone who can write cohesive statements, to write them for you.

How do you know your performance is "75%" of what it should be? What game(s)/benchmarks are you using to check, what settings are you running it at, and what are you comparing with to get 75%?
