Which is better?

Hi guys! I'm thinking of getting a new graphics card soon. I have narrowed down my search to FX 5700 Ultra and Radeon 9600XT. Which of this is better? I went thru some benchmarks in this site, and it seems like 5700U is slightly faster than 9600XT. But do these cards get too hot when gaming? And i also notice that 9600XT doesnt require additional power connection. Does this mean 9600XT has less power consumption than 5700U?

The R9600XT is cooler, and does consume less power.

Also it performs BETTER than the FX5700U (don't knw which benchies you were looking at). The two best choices are the FX5900XT or the R9600XT. The FX5700U is overpriced (usually costs as much as an FX5900XT).

If you are concerned about heat creation and power consumption then the R9600XT is the way to go.
