Hi,
I bought a Microsoft keyboard that came with the Microsoft Wireless
Transceiver for Bluetooth. On one computer it installed immediately as the
drivers came with WIndows. However, on the other computer, the drivers could
not be found. I looked in System Information under Software
Environment>SIgned Drivers and they don't seem to have been registered. The
only item under B is Beep. But on the working computer there are loads.
Another item I bought had the same symptoms as WinXP drivers were missing.

How do I install or get the drivers? They should be on a WIndows CD but
where? Hopefully without a Windows reinstall.

Go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\. Delete the following key: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}. Open Device
Manager. (run devmgmt.msc) Remove the Bluetooth listed here. Click Action, click Scan for hardware changes. This should
re-enumerate the Bluetooth adapter, using the SP2 drivers.
