I don't really understand this bit of info; according to the InQ nV is scaling back production at TSMC.

Is there already too many cards out there? Doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe they are scaling back on their NV45 production due to over estimating desire for PCI-EX solutions, and the issues with the PRescotts, but isn't TSMC supposed to be taking over the NV40 production due to IBMs poor returns? Strange if true.
