when doing a complete system scan , i accidentally excluded an adware threat
instead of deleting . is there any way now of removing the threat , since it
has been excluded , or am i permanentally stuck with it ? i admit i am just
learning to use my computer and not very well as you can tell , so please
any help will be most appreciated . please no complicated computer lingo .

Which spyware/adware program are you running?

On most, if you don't choose to remove a threat, you will get the chance the
next time you do a scan.

It's also a good idea to run two or more different programs. The best two
are ad-aware and spybot search and destroy. They are free. Sometimes one
will catch a threat missed by the other.
