USB Gamepad doesn't work on Battery Mode

Hello,

I have a problem with my USB Gamepad.

My USB gamepad only works when my laptop is not in charging mode. it works when I use my laptop on battery-powered mode. I Have tried re-installing drivers. Actually, i have one problem with AHCI Driver. it always says "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software".
Does the AHCI Driver effect my gamepad abnormality? How do i fix the abnormality?

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate on Acer Aspire 4755G
