I am offline for a day or two and come back to find 435 new messages in the other section!!! Need to get my modem back from my friend and use that till my cable modem is install in my new apartment on Friday.

Always seems to be lots of new in the Other section, but polls seems to be loosing it's appeal.

Yep the new messages keep rolling in.
What cable modem service are you getting installed?
I heard on the radio today that they OK'ed the sale of ATT
Cable to someone new in Springfield if that's the service
you are going to.Don't know how much that will change things. Wish they would get cable or DSL down here in Mansfield.Instead all I have is SLOW dial up.

Its AT&T, first 3 months are 19.95 and then 40 after that I think, they provide the modem and install. Doing to use my friends DSL router for the 3 computers in the apartment. As for dial up in marshfield I was at my friends class south of town a while back. Atleast its a stable connection, however not a fast one.
