9800 Pro - Sapphire or HIS - Which To Pick?

Hi folks,

I've been researching components for a new rig now for some time and I've decided that my video card should be a 9800 Pro. But I'm not sure if I should purchase the Sapphire card or the HIS Excalibur. I don't plan to overclock, but I also want a card that will run quiet; I'm not sure if the Excalibur's cooling system will make a difference in this regard. Is it worth it to pay the extra $40 for the HIS card?

Get the HIS if you plan to OC it and done want to waste time to put the better HSF on yourself. The Saphire one you would spend the same amout if you do plan to OC and put better HSF on it anyways.
