How to return to home page in windows 7

Hello,
XP has a house symbol to click on when I want to return to my home page from a search - how do I do this with Win 7?
Also,same problem with finding Favorites?

do you mean from an internet search? If so, it is the same with 7 as it is with XP.

Right click on a blank space under the Toolbars (The easiest place for you will be next to where you click for New Tab). Then put a tick in the 'Command Bar' box and 'Favourites' box. You can tick all the boxes if you want them or customise.
