Laptop not booting up

Hello guyz
I have a problem Dell Latitude E5410. When i switch on my laptop Dell logo appears and as soon as the loading bar fill uup my screen goes blank means not booting from hard disk i try to boot up my laptop from xp cd but again screen goes blank the same thing happen when i try to boot up my lapi from usb flash drive by making the usb stick bootable but again screen goes blank.
I can access bios , boot menu.

From the F8 Advanced Boot Menu try the Last Known Good Configuration option.

You can download and burn yourself a bootable CD/USB with a complete OS that is not Windows to test the computer hardware.

i already try that, as i say system is not booting from any bootable media. I can access only bios and boot menu by pressing F12 , going futher by selecting option except bios setup shows a blank screen.

Probably time to haul it into a repair shop.
I don't have enough information to make any more guesses.
