More about laptop booting
  1. From the F8 Advanced Boot Menu try the Last Known Good Configuration option.
  2. You can download and burn yourself a bootable CD/USB with a complete OS that is not Windows to test the computer hardware.

    Ubuntu Desktop 12.04
    http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop

i already try that, as i say system is not booting from any bootable media. I can access only bios and boot menu by pressing F12 , going futher by selecting option except bios setup shows a blank screen.
  4. Probably time to haul it into a repair shop.
I don't have enough information to make any more guesses.
