A SSD is usually found in more expensive laptops because a SSD itself is considered to be a somewhat expensive component itself. Especially if you are looking for a "high capacity" SSD. They are used in small and light laptops / ultrabooks which themselves carry a price premium due to the light weight.
The cheapest laptop with a SSD on Newegg.com is the TOSHIBA Portege Z835-P360 Ultrabook for $800. Note that it relies on the integrated Intel HD 3000 graphic core in the 1.4GHz Core i3 2367m. Good enough to play the Mass Effect trilogy, but I am not familiar with LoL.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834214595
