I'll leave the original in case you should have lost it or what not. Either
way it's pretty easy but it's not very quick. I'd recommend using one from
the virus and trojan categories in the list and all three applications in
the spyware section. Download them. Install them. Update them to the latest
definitions (that's different for each application but I'm sure you'll
figure it out without a problem.) Then do all of your scans in safe mode.
