Gateway ATI RV350LE Radeon 9600 good?

Does anyone know of any issues with these cards?
It looks like this seller ripped a bunch of these out of returned Gatewar computers and is selling them peice meal. Should I stay away fram Gatway brand radeon 9600 cards?
I am in need of one cheap.

I've never shopped e-bay, but you might be able to find good used graphics cards there

They're probably 9600SE cards, which would make them very, very slow compared to a 9600.
