Go to http://cust.readfreenews.net/register.php and sign up. Totally
free and it's where I post from.

Also news.aioe.org carries this group. No need to sign up. Just put it
in your news reader as the news server.

Lastly, you could go to http://www.x-privat.org and sign up there for
a free account.
