Listed my Galaga a few weeks ago, had a few bites, a couple locals ask about
essentially parting it out (without board, also one fellow wanting
everything but the monitor). Never got back to these inquiries for lack of
time and not a lot of desire to chop the game up. (apologies to vic and the
other gent whose name escapes me that originally replied).
Got a decent deal on a pin project today so now I just want this game out ,
in one piece, no parting. So first come, first serve, you pick up in
Branford CT - $400 takes it.
Galaga upright works all the way, new CPO, repainted cab, new-ish sideart
(no scratches but one side is off alignment about a centimeter), decent
bezel and marquee. Monitor has a good picture. Needs new kickplate (included
but not installed), new t-molding (also included but not installed), and
you'll prolly want to put new front art on it (not included). Working
original boardset installed with original linear power supply. Chunk of
front panel needs bondo, should be easy enough to do (I have paint used to
repaint cab for consistency).
