I just stuck a Zalman Dual heatpipe cooler with the fan on my Sapphire 9800Pro. I do have the R360 core and Samsung ram with the following numbers:
Samsung 349
K40263238E-GC2A
SN-630407014443
P/N - 102A0753300 000001

Anybody know what speed this stuff is or where to find out. I'm hoping it's the 2.5ns ram. TIA

Whoops sorry wrong one.

You have the 2.8ns memory, 350max RATED freq. Check it out here:

K40263238E-GC2A. Look at the last 2 chars here which is 2A. the last 2 will tell you the ns rating.

Thanks much. It looks like I'll try the GeCube XT BIOS flash and see what happens.
