ICS stations blocked

For a little construction site lan , ICS internet connection sharing is
blocked .main station can access to internet but cannot sharing the
connection to internet.main station : windows XP SP1 , install SP2 ,
download a new lan driver , reinstal with wizard or manualy the ICS ,
antivirus check (some trojan horses) but now client station cannot access to
internet.main station can ping others but others cannot ping the main
station ...?
can you help me ? thank you .

The IP of ICS machines should always be in the range 192.168.?.?
