My system is XP Home SP2 on a Compaq Presario S4000NX - Intel Celeron
2.4ghz 504mb RAM. Lately, whenever I click on certain files, a dialogue
window appears stating "Your current security settings do not allow this
file to be downloaded." This happens not when I am using my browser, but
when I am trying to open a file on my computer, usually a program's
"Help" file. I am then unable to open the file. What would cause this,
and what can I do to stop it?
