smartshader effects

I can not get the smartshader application to work, the only "smartshaders" i can use are the ones that are listed in the driver control panel.
( the app i am talking about: http://www.driverheaven.net/smartshader/ )

can i add more effects to the control panel list?

i want to see blur and sketch w/ color...
(9700 pro CAT4.8)
