that comes up every time i start the computer up... only started happening a
week ago and the computer keeps freezing and stuff.... anyone got any idea
what it means?

Give us an idea of what you see when you look at "My Computer"..
What are the drive letters?

c: is the main one, then there is the D: which is just another hard drive i
think
then the two dvd drives are F and G
