Watch out for some misleading 9800 "PROs"

Was noticing some nice price drops on 9800PROs on Pricewatch.com (Newegg.com has one for $184) and my eye caught something odd on this card:

POWERCOLOR RADEON 9800 PRO EZ 128MB DDR ($157 on pricewatch.com)

On GamerVE.com is pretty good about this, even going as far as noting at the bottom of the spec sheet that there is a difference.

Stock 9800Pro:
Core: 380MHz:
Mem: 340MHz x 2
Memory Type: 256bit

9800 "Pro EZ"
Core: 380MHz (I think someone has one at 300!)
Mem: ****300MHz**** x 2
Type: ****128bit****

Be careful if you are looking for a deal that is too good to be true on a 9800Pro... it may just be!

Yes, Very True, but Powercolor's EZ version is fairly new Crud.

But, at least Power Color did what Saphire should have done. Added something to the name. Staying true to PowerColor's past, one should know that EZ means crappy version.

And what is worse, people are getting BIG Bucks for these crippled cards on EBAY. Some even have 256-bit in the description, but the picture is of old 9700/9500/9800se PCB, so you know it's a Sapphire 128-bit.

I tried to bid on a few of these on EBAY to get one cheap for running benchies. But the things kept going up. Some up over $195 including shipping!!!!! My max bid was $130, so I was left in the dust.... A Loser, yet really a Winner compared to the idiot who payed $200 for a 128-bit card.

I'd say, is the X800 a pro or XTpe?

And what about the 512MB of Ram? IS it 2 sticks of 256MB, 1 stick of 512MB, PC133, DDR, What speed, etc. ?
