Hi, I am going to buy a new laptop this week but I need help choosing a computer.

1) What is your budget?
$1000

2) What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
13-15

3) What screen resolution do you want?
Anything

4) Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable desktop replacement.

5) How much battery life do you need?
5 Hours (Word prrocessing, Web Browsing)

6) 6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Crysis 2(High), Battlefield 3 (Medium)

7) 8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
500gb - 1tb

8) How long do you want to keep your laptop?
3 years

9) What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
I don't need it but wouldn't mind having it.

10) How heavy would you like the laptop to be?
less than 2.4kg

so what do you mean by more portable? smaller than 15.6"? weight?

I don't mind if the screen size is smaller than 15.6 inch. I would prefer around 2kg in weight.

I didn't talk about the resolution, but about the screen size.
